Photographic Prints remain the property of ASimages until payment is received in full.
All prints are sent via First Class Post.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to UK mainland and 21 days worldwide.
Photographic prints are not for display on the web without prior consent.
Photographic prints are not for use in templates for resale (e.g. flash
templates, website templates, brochure templates, PowerPoint templates).
Photographic prints are not to be superficially modified and placed on a
t-shirt, mug, poster, template or other item, and sold to other parties for
consumption, reproduction or re-sale.
Photographic prints are not for resale for 'print on demand' products, such
as postcards, posters, cards, marketing consumables etc.

Copyright
In accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the entire
copyright of all images, photographs and prints created by Asimages are owned and
retained by the Photographers Stefan and Alison Basaj at all times
throughout the world.
Stefan and Alison Basaj assert both their moral right to be identified as
the authors of their work and the right to a credit is asserted in
accordance with sections 77 and 78 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act
1988.
Title to all Photographs remains the property of the Photographers Stefan and Alison
Basaj of ASimages.
